How We Do Our Part
General Fibre has been an industry leader in supplying organic based packaging solutions for 87 years. With our Liners, Packers, and now the Patented Envirotray®, we are your partner in reducing plastic into the waste stream.
-
FSC certified ensuring wood and paper products come from responsibly managed forests that balance environmental, social, and economic needs.
-
The Envirotray® is made from recyclable paper/cardboard materials, and has helped remove more than 500 tons and counting of plastic from the waste stream.
-
At General Fibre we have greatly reduced our electricity usage by switching to high efficiency lighting and motors.
